Before applying, accepting your offer and confirming your booking on a course at Aqua Rosa Makeup School, please could you take a moment to read through our terms and conditions – these have been set out below. The terms and conditions are important as they form part of your learner contract. Under the contract we are agreeing to provide educational services and the appropriate facilities for you to study, and you are agreeing to progress those studies. Helping you achieve your aims relies on a strong partnership between you and the team at Aqua Rosa Makeup School. Terms & Conditions

Acceptable behaviour
Students must act appropriately and in a professional manner at all times, whilst on the property of Aqua Rosa and Space studios. Students MUST NOT approach celebrities or other people in an unprofessional manner either on school premises, common areas or on work experience.

Passes will be provided to access the shared canteen and toilet facilities at Space Studios and in signing these terms you are agreeing to adhering to house rules of a Film Studio, as per industry, including noise levels where applicable and other behaviour.

Students will be expected to arrive to Unit 3C at 09.50am in order for classes to start on time. Early arrivals will we issued with a pass and be able to access the canteen until class time.

Mobile phones must be kept away in bags unless needed for research.

Students will be expected to bring makeup brushes/hair kit, file, pen and pad etc when instructed.

Stealing of any kind will not be tolerated, Aqua Rosa reserves the right to search bags! Any student caught stealing will be dismissed from the course and action will be taken.

Cancellation/refunds

Deposit payments are none refundable unless in the unlikely event the course is cancelled or moved.

Cancellations MUST be made at least 30 days before course start date, or full payment will be required. Please note this policy applies to every student, including those on payment plans.

Complaints

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction all matters must be brought to the attention of the centre manager or member of staff as soon as an issue arises. Refunds WILL NOT be issued unless Aqua Rosa Ltd are found to be at fault.

Please note:

Students, including those in payment plans who don’t complete due to poor attendance, or failure to reach the end of their course, will still be charged full fees. Non-attendance, lateness, failure to produce suitable course work or abide by college rules may result in failure of the course. Aqua Rosa Ltd takes no responsibility for students who fail due to their own actions. Failure to abide by the rules will result in dismissal with no refund option.

All students will be required to sign declarations for health and safety standards, equal opportunities, complaints/VTCT appeals procedure and a standard learner agreement on enrolment.
